Fractional sizing
State actual tube outside diameter in fractional inches or millimeters, wall thickness and thread details (for example, NPT where applicable).
Pressure class
If the project specifies an ASME/ANSI class, provide that class, design pressure and temperature and request the rating for the exact model.
Sour service
If NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 applies, request wetted-material evidence for the exact parts and service conditions. Compliance is not assumed.
