Instrumentation Fittings

Precision tube fittings for instrumentation, process impulse lines, hydraulic circuits, and assemblies that need a reliable connection under pressure.

Arcellor Controls' catalogue includes unions, elbows, tees, crosses, reducers, bulkhead fittings, adapters, caps and plugs for connecting instrument tubing and pipework. Compression tube fittings use a ferrule connection, while threaded or welded connections require a matching interface. The pictured bulkhead union is one example, not a specification for the whole range.

Instrumentation Valves

Instrumentation valves selected for isolation, regulation, calibration, and dependable service across demanding process and utility applications.

Arcellor Controls' instrumentation-valve catalogue covers needle, ball, gate, globe, check, manifold and monoflange valves. A needle valve moves a tapered stem toward its seat for fine adjustment of a small flow; a ball valve serves a different isolation duty, and a check valve controls reverse flow. Select the valve function before confirming the model, end connections and operating limits. The photo shows a female-to-female needle valve.

Sampling System

ARC-Lok sampling systems organize process-sample withdrawal and collection in a coordinated assembly. The supplied panel photo shows tubing, isolation valves, pressure gauges and a sample cylinder; the final arrangement is reviewed against your process requirements.

A process sampling system provides an organized route from the sampling point to a collection vessel or analysis interface. Its configuration depends on the sample phase, process pressure and temperature, required sample quantity and handling procedure. Review whether flushing, purge or return connections and sample conditioning are needed for the application. The owner-supplied ARC-Lok panel is a product example, not a universal flow diagram; each installation needs its approved layout, material compatibility review and operating procedure.

DBB Valves

Double-block-and-bleed valve assemblies for isolation and bleed or vent functions in process and instrumentation lines. Confirm the exact valve arrangement and service conditions against the project drawing.

A double-block-and-bleed arrangement combines two isolation elements with a bleed connection for the space between them. It can support instrument isolation and controlled venting when selected and operated for the process duty. Arcellor Controls' catalogue describes block/isolate and bleed/vent functions; the supplied ARC-Lok product photo shows a flanged arrangement. Confirm the internal flow path, flange interface, isolation procedure and pressure-temperature limits for the quoted model.
